Henk Brink

Henk Brink, born in 1958, started his career at KAS BANK in 1983. After 4 years in the Operational Risk Department, he has held senior positions in several departments, including Fund Accounting, Network Management, Product Development, Performance and Risk since 1987. From 1999 till 2010 he has acted as the director of Securities Services responsible for Custody, Clearing , Settlements, Proxy and Tax. As from the 1st of September 2010 he was appointed head of Business Operations support which consisted of Intakemanagement, business consultancy, Information and Network management. 
From 2011 till 1st of july 2015 he was head of client services clearing and settlement and also shared responsibility on post trade developments like T2S and Emir. 

He is chairman of DACSI (the Dutch Advisory Committee Securities Industry). DACSI is the principal trade association in The Netherlands for firms active in the securities industry. The Association represents the interests of its members in all aspects of their securities and securities related business - both domestic and international - and positions the Dutch view to the market infrastructures service providers and regulatory authorities in The Netherlands and the European Union. 

He is an observer for the Dutch market in the Euroclear Board and is member of the ESES MAC and T2S National Coordination Committee. 

As from 1st of July 2015 he has been appointed as Senior market intelligence officer and is primarily responsible for the monitoring of future trends and regulations.

Henk Brink graduated from the HEAO (business economics ) in 1979, and holds an MBA in Business economics
